Abstract

The article reveals the essence of the concept of «deinstitutionalization» and steps to introduce the inclusive forms of education in to the educational system of Ukraine; highlights the major scientific and theoretical development problems of inclusive pedagogy; the urgency of the need to further improve the professional competence of teachers of inclusive institutions in the system of postgraduate education.
