Abstract

The theses indicate that the modern interpretation of specialized training presented in the UNESCO editorial office is considered as a continuous process and an important element of education aimed at helping individuals choose the right education in the field of professional activity. Specialized training should provide an opportunity to: 1) realize your own interests and abilities, learn how to set Real goals for yourself; 2) take an education course that meets the goals of Career Guidance; 3) make both at the first and subsequent stages of career guidance decisions about your profession that would satisfy the individual; 4) simplify the transition from study to work at any level or stage.
