Abstract

The semantic characteristics of the concepts of "text regulation" are clarified; "Regulatory information functions"; revealed the essence of linguistic, extralinguistic means in the text, metatextual elements as important regulations for managing the process of perception and understanding of the message, as well as the development of the ability to predict reading.
