Abstract

The article considers the ways to increase the internal motivation of intellectually gifted students to consciously master and competent use of the scientific apparatus by joining the OJS platform. The importance of working together to create an e-journal on the OJS platform in order to gain valuable personal experience is proved. According to the authors, this will have a positive impact not only for understanding the significance and conscious observance of the established norms of the scientific apparatus by all participants in the "publishing process", but also for realizing personal potential, discovering and representing one's abilities, self-realization and future career. Such an initiative, in the conditions of rapid accumulation of information and development of technologies, will allow rethinking the practical pedagogical experience of the domestic educational community in the direction of out-of-school specialized education of scientific direction through the prism of global trends? It is noted that the OJS platform embodies the "concept of human resources" with elements of crowdsourcing, a conscious understanding of which allows you to fully use the potential of the e-journal. Based on the provisions of A. Maslow's theory, in which, according to the classification of human needs proposed by scientists, within their five-level hierarchy, the needs for self-expression and self-realization are singled out. It is these "high" needs that are decisive in creating an effective model of the scientific process, the basis of which is "moving forward". The article also presents the provisions of two conceptual approaches to personnel management, developed by D. McGregor, the first of which is based on "Theory X", the second – on "Theory Y". The authors argue that the creation of an electronic journal on the OJS platform today is one of the rapidly gaining trends of the modern scientific community. Therefore, the involvement of intellectually gifted students in the publishing process and work on the e-journal on the OJS platform is one of the ways to increase their internal motivation to consciously master the elements of scientific literacy, develop a culture of scientific thinking, self-organization, and in the future – build a career in science.
