Abstract
The theoretical aspects of motivation of professional activity are observed in article. Motivation is one of the basic concept which is used for explaining of peculiarities of motive forces of behavior and activity. One of the basic peculiarities of developed human knowledge is the capacity to accomplish intelligent choice among the own inclinations. This choice is realized in the hierarchically organized motivational sphere of the individual.
