Abstract
The report presents the results of the research "Overcoming the effects of the COVID19 pandemic in the activities of the psychological service of the education system", which is applied and performed in accordance with the demands and requirements of socio-pedagogical and psychological assistance to participants in the educational process in the COVID-19 pandemic. Based on the generalization and analysis of the information obtained during the study, the four most important areas of psychosocial assistance to participants in the educational process in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic were identified. In accordance with the identified areas of psychological assistance to participants in the educational process, a system of tools (techniques, techniques and technologies) to overcome the psychological consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic in the activities of employees of the psychological service of education was developed. Based on the obtained results and the study of best practices of specialists, a textbook and training programs for distance learning courses have been prepared.
