Abstract
In 2020, the Institute of Information Technologies and Learning Tools of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine completed a planned research study "Adaptive cloud-based system of training and professional development of teachers of secondary schools" (2018-2020). The issues of substantiation and development of adaptive cloud-oriented system of education and professional development of secondary school teachers as one of the promising areas of improving the quality of education, modernization of educational and scientific environment, wider use of adaptive tools and cloud computing services are investigated.
