Abstract

The article considers the organization of student learning in the context of decentralization, which is on the agenda in the territorial communities of Ukraine. Basic educational institutions strive to demonstrate readiness for independence and autonomy, and small schools are on the verge of closure. The issue of providing school buses and transporting students requires the search for additional resources due to the territorial distance from the base school. Trends that hinder the full development of social infrastructure in communities are presented. It is pointed out that there are great differences between schools that work territorially, socially and demographically in different conditions, which makes it difficult for students to have real access to quality education.
