Abstract
The monograph on axio-acmeological, synergetic, axio-cultural, holistic-systemic, personal-activity and competence positions solves the problem of the integrity of the acmeological development of a teacher - personal, professional and professional-cultural. The structure, value-content and social-transforming potential of the national phenomenon of professional-pedagogical culture as the main determinants of a teacher’s career growth are revealed. The optimal paradigmatic approach, conceptual platform and structure of the multilevel model of its integral progress are covered. The constructed system of general and specific principles of regulation of teacher 's self - movement to the top of professional maturity is characterized. For teachers-practitioners, teachers and students of pedagogical universities, managers and students of postgraduate pedagogical education, various categories of researchers and graduate students.
