Abstract

The methodological recommendations set out approaches to the provision of correctional and pedagogical assistance to children with special educational needs in the context of inclusive education. There is a need to preserve the national principles of education and development of children in this category through a combination of special and inclusive education. From these positions, the assessment of children's development in the inclusive resource center is considered as an indication for optimal conditions for their learning. The assessment of the educational needs of children with speech disorders from the standpoint of the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF) is considered. The program of formation of communicative activity of children with intellectual impairment of moderate degree as an important condition of their social and household adaptation is presented. Methodical recommendations may be of interest to practical psychologists, teachers, students of the relevant specialization and all those involved in the implementation of inclusive education in Ukraine.
