Abstract

The author speaks of the logical interconnected functional “scientific knowledge and advanced development of education ↔ high socio-psychological organization of teacher loyalty to the educational institution ↔ information technology and engineering (engineering) ↔ mathematical justification and confirmation ↔ practical implementation of innovative pedagogical activity "in the modernization and reform of the educational sector of the country. The article argues that in this context, the role of the innovatively developed personality of the teacher and its potential in the transdisciplinary space of education of the present increases.
