Abstract

The article presents the results of the analysis of pedagogical conditions of efficiency of the process of formation of creative competence. The necessity of comprehensive use of creative, creative potential of personality and holistic, fundamental, systemic, problem approach to educational process, formation of its structure and dynamics on new bases is proved. The need to develop new theoretical, methodological, methodological and practical methods and approaches to activation, rational and effective use of creative and intellectual human potential as the main source, strategic tool for effective use of the main productive force of man in post-industrial society is substantiated.
