Abstract

The paper enlightens information on the results of a study conducted by researchers at the Institute of Information Technologies and Learning Tools of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine in January 2021. The results and were presented during the V International Conference “Pedagogical Comparative Studies and International Education —2021: Innovations in Education in the Context of Europeanization and Globalization”. It is noted that the study aimed to identify the public opinion of teachers of secondary education on the problems and needs that arise during the implementation of distance and blended learning in quarantine; determining the degree of readiness of teachers to use online tools and online resources during distance and blended learning in quarantine; comparison of the results of the 2021 survey on the use of online tools and online resources with the results of the first survey in the spring of 2020; determining the level of digital competence of teachers through self-assessment based on the “Framework of Digital Competence for Citizens”; providing appropriate recommendations to stakeholders based on an assessment of the situation during the quarantine.
