Abstract

The importance of teachers' ability to interact with colleagues on the basis of partnership and support is shown. The results of the survey of teachers give grounds to draw conclusions about the motives for the exchange of knowledge and experience. In the schools where they work, teachers are valued who take the initiative for their own learning, share their knowledge and experience, open to the new.
