Abstract
The article analyses the main features of the current understanding of reflection and the most perspective directions of this problem further development. We highlight and characterize the main directions of foreign research in the field of the psychology of reflection. The performed analysis shows а similarity and difference in the subject and methods of theoretical and experimental study.
