Abstract
The author highlights the problem of development of andragogical competence of a teacher of postgraduate pedagogical education. Emphasis is placed on the highest level of professionalism of the teacher - acmeological. The andragogical directions of continuous acmeprofessiogenesis of teachers of the institution of postgraduate pedagogical education are singled out. Emphasis is placed on the activities created by the scientific community "Andragogy Workshops".
