Abstract

The problem of quality assurance in many developed countries has become acute in the last third of the XX century. In particular, the criteria for quality assurance in higher education in Turkey are national quality assurance regulators qualifications, which in turn are the most important result of improving the quality of the education and training system at the national and international levels.
