Abstract

The article focuses on the problem of determining the list of indicators and criteria for assessing educational and management processes, as well as the effectiveness of the internal system for ensuring the general secondary education quality. The need to clarify the content of the concept of "educational environment" is argued, adding to the existing list of indicators focused on assessing the quality of communication of participants in the educational process, group (team) work skills, self-assessment and mutual assessment of the results of educational activities, especially when implementing distance learning.
