Abstract

In a collective monograph, which is prepared by scientists of the laboratory of organizational and of social psychology at the GS Kostyuk Institute of Psychology of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine, the results of theoretical and empirical research of social-psychological content, psychological patterns and determinants of the personality's economic self-definition development in the period from adolescence to early adulthood. Relying on achievements of domestic and foreign science in the field of psychology, philosophy, culturology, pedagogy, the authors have developed a structural-target model of personality economic self-definition that can be used in the practice of youth economic education. Application of these developments will allow to prevent action of natural factors and to promote the purposeful formation of those social-psychological qualities of youth which will provide its harmonious integration into modern market relationships. The monograph is addressed to teachers of psychology of higher education institutions, doctoral students, graduate students, students, workers in the field of practical psychology, psychologists, other specialists conducting scientific research in the field of social psychology, psychology of personal socialization, develop problems of personal economic culture, her formation in ontogenesis in different socio-economic conditions.
