Abstract

There are presented innovative means of psychological assistance to the population to prevent the negative consequences of long-term trauma and optimize the process of psychological recovery of the individual in a hybrid war. It was found that the situation of meeting with death acquires a special status in a hybrid war and actualizes the fear of death, which when consciously and actively used as an intrapersonal resource minimizes and transforms the negative consequences of traumatic situations, positively affecting the process of personal life and promotes post-traumatic growth. It is substantiated that the technology of step-by-step processing of negative consequences of losses of military and civilians promotes the constructive experience of losses, prevention of psychological disability, prevention of aggressive and self-destructive behavior, restoration of indicators of physical and psychological health. It is proved that independent or integrated with traditional psychological care use of special mobile applications helps to timely diagnose the condition of victims of hybrid warfare, increase their overall level of psychological literacy, effective treatment of negative symptoms, and prevent post-traumatic stress disorder. The relevance of electronic accompanying tools (sites, chatbots, communities in social networks and messengers, audio, video meetings, etc.) to increase the psychological well-being of the population is shown. Relevant models, typologies, criteria, functions, stages, features of psychological assistance of the individual in a hybrid war are presented, which correspond to the principles of efficiency, variability, accessibility, adaptability, universality and flexibility of psychological interventions.
