Abstract

In the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, the rapid restructuring and transformation of forms of professional communication, communicative vulnerability can manifest itself in the form of impulsive communication, when old norms and roles of interaction cease to operate or require rapid transformation. To minimize the negative consequences of communication risks in the context of the coronary crisis in Ukraine, the norms and rules of supportive interpersonal communication in all spheres of life, including business communication, should be implemented. The transmission of universal personal qualities of supportive interaction forms a "protective circle of identity" of the individual in the conditions of "coronary crisis", which will have a very positive effect on maintaining the communicative health of the individual and the level of professional productivity.
