Abstract

The scientific semantics of the concept of "learning technology" is specified; the use of the tested technologies in the educational process of primary school is illustrated, which differ in the purposes of application, strategies of instrumental support depending on the educational opportunities of students; the conditions for ensuring the effectiveness of technology as a tutor with the help of computer tools are specified; as a description of the scenario of the educational process; factors of achievement of the forecasted results of primary education are caused.
