Abstract

The relevance of the scientific and methodological complex is determined by the industry specifics and direction of professional activity of heads of out-of-school educational institutions, which in the conditions of social transformations in Ukraine is marked by open society challenges to provide educational institutions with highly qualified and competitive specialists; modern requirements for the forms, methods, technologies and means of professional and pedagogical and managerial activities of managers. This necessitates the renewal of managerial competence of its head in various forms of training.
