Abstract

The paper analyzes the processes of constructing the experience of an adult in the context of the problem of finding a psychological resource in modern sociopsychological conditions. It is argued that designing life experience by a person is the key to successfully confronting the challenges of modern stressful life. Groups of factors have been identified that together can ensure the stability of the individual in crisis periods of life and thus play the role of a psychological resource.
