Abstract

The article describes the basic research areas for the discursive constructing of educators’ professional experience. The purpose of the research project will be to study the dynamics of educators’ life-meaning orientations, that is, their professional goals, the richness of their professional life and satisfaction with professional selfrealization,as well as the dynamics of their value orientations, as an indicator of their meaningful attitude to the professional development and the attitude to themselves as successful educational workers.The usage of socio-cultural pattern is resulting in quantitative changes, namely: concretizating the over-thought situation; increasing the emotional level and self-respect; the text laconism is resumed to a feeling of finishing and receiving the «life wisdom».
