Abstract

The pedagogical conditions for the development of the readiness of teachers of special disciplines of vocational schools to use personality-oriented pedagogical technologies are theoretically substantiated and experimentally tested; a model for the development of readiness of teachers of special disciplines to use personality-oriented pedagogical technologies, which reproduces the complex relationship of methodological approaches, principles, pedagogical conditions, methods, criteria, indicators and levels of readiness of teachers of special disciplines to use personal disciplines. oriented pedagogical technologies; the method of development of readiness of teachers of special disciplines of VET to use personality-oriented pedagogical technologies and diagnostic tools for assessing the levels of development of readiness of teachers of special disciplines of VET to use personality-oriented pedagogical technologies has been improved.
