Abstract

The results of many scientific studies and everyday practice convincingly show that the culture of professional communication largely depends on the effectiveness of the performance of official duties by an officer of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, its impact on subordinates and the team as a whole. In this regard, the question arises about the need for purposeful formation of a culture of professional communication of future officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the process of their professional training. The study examines the main psychological and pedagogical characteristics of training aimed at forming a culture of professional communication in future officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (hereinafter - FCPS training), identifies subjective and objective factors that determine positive integration in training in the FCPS training group.
