Abstract

Successful formation of cadets' culture of professional communication is not possible without their systematic, consistent work on themselves in order to improve their positive and eliminate negative qualities. Only by clearly defining their strengths and weaknesses, cadets will be able to set themselves the task of developing themselves, enriching their creative potential - abilities, needs, tastes, interests, will, spiritual world, moral qualities, while eliminating their own shortcomings. But since the basis of every personal quality are habits, self-education is, in fact, the formation of positive habits and the eradication of harmful ones.
