Abstract

An experimental study was planned and conducted to determine the levels of formation of narrative competence of users of popular social networks according to the author's method. The results of the experimental study showed that statistically significant differences in the level of narrative competence were identified only between two groups: YouTube video hosting users, who, compared to other groups, showed a high level of competence, and Instagram users, whose results were the lowest.
