Abstract

Diagnosis of the development of professional competence of masters of industrial training is carried out on the basis of determining the personal orientation, independence, motivation of training, life and practical experience, focus on solving problems of professional development. The task of the educational institution is to stimulate purposeful continuous increase of the level of professional competence of pedagogical workers, growth of their professional skill, development of creative initiative, increase of prestige and authority, ensuring efficiency of the educational process.
