Abstract

The manual contains the content, components and criteria of psychological readiness of servicemen to perform the assigned tasks at the stage of combat coordination. Peculiarities of formation of psychological readiness of servicemen to perform assigned tasks at this stage are considered, recommendations are given to command staff and psychologists on assessment of psychological readiness of military servicemen under contract to carry out professional activity in combat operations during combat coordination and increase its efficiency. The manual can be used in the work of psychologists, teachers, in the structures that rely on the moral and psychological support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
