Abstract

The article defines that vocational education in the process of integration into the European educational space puts to the modern teacher increased requirements that encourage the introduction of innovative pedagogical technologies Педагогiка and revise the traditional arsenal of means, principles, technologies, while preference is given to the subject activity and creativity of the pedagogical worker, who independently simulates and realizes the individual educational trajectory, determines the parameters of the learning process (content, duration, forms, methods, programs, means, etc.), variedly predicts the results of professional and pedagogical activities. The analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature, sociological literature, the current state of research of the problem of coaching and the expediency of introducing an innovative model of professional development of teachers in the system of continuous vocational education with the use of pedagogical coaching technologies were carried out. The concept of pedagogical coaching has been analyzed, the definition of coaching in education has been clarified. The peculiarities of application of coaching technology in the system of vocational education are described. The work of the school of pedagogical coaching as an innovative model of advanced training of teachers in the system of continuous vocational education is considered, the content and organizational aspects of the activity are characterized. The organizational and normative support for the functioning of the school of pedagogical coaching regulating its work is thoroughly presented, determines the regulatory, organizational and content, scientific and methodological principles of functioning. The results of representative monitoring studies and assessment of the level of satisfaction of customers (consumers) of educational services within the framework of internal quality monitoring of the Bila Tserkva Institute of Continuous Professional Education (BINPO) have been characterized, quantitative and qualitative indicators of students’ satisfaction of the School of Pedagogical Coaching and analysis of their dynamics are described.
