Abstract
In modern conditions, the system of postgraduate education of teachers in Germany and Ukraine should be characterized in the context of European integration. One of the priorities of this system should be the creation of all conditions for self-improvement of the specialist, increasing his competitiveness in the domestic and European educational space.
