Abstract

Due to changes in the educational paradigm, the priority role in improving the efficiency of the functioning of a modern educational institution belongs to the teacher, who is forced to update the content of training, approaches and pedagogical mentality in accordance with new life trends. The spread of ideas and methods of mathematics in various branches of Science and production, the growing role of mathematical education, the use of information and communication technologies in scientific and educational activities contributes to increasing the relevance of methodological research in the process of teaching students. Improvement of the educational process at the present stage of development of the education system is characterized by the transition from subject-oriented to personality-oriented learning of students, including in the direction of appropriate use of active teaching methods, which provides a deep insight into the essence of the problems under study, thereby contributing to an increase in the motivation of cognitive activity of each student and his interest in learning. There is a need to go beyond the established traditional approaches, work in the mode of creative search for new materials, independent productive activities aimed at developing students ' creative thinking. The teacher is faced with the task of helping the student become a creative and intellectually developed person. The most important trend of modern education is a balanced search for teaching tools and methods for the development of cognitive and creative abilities of students. The development of the student's personality, intelligence, feelings, creative thinking and will is carried out only in active activity. The driving forces of the development of a person's personality are internal contradictions at each stage of development, for example, contradictions between the new needs, requests, aspirations of the student and the level of development of his capabilities, between the requirements and the degree of mastering the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary for their implementation, between new tasks and the formed ways of thinking and behavior of the student. Overcoming contradictions occurs due to the student's transition to a higher level of activity, which leads to an increase in his intellectual and creative abilities, the formation and development of students ' competencies necessary for performing research tasks.
