Abstract

How to create a career guidance environment that has a positive impact on the processes of self-knowledge, self-awareness and self-development of young students, which in the future will largely increase the growing demand for competitive and mobile professionals able to operate effectively in today's labor market? One of the important aspects is the enrichment of the educational practice of the leading subjects of educational districts.
