Abstract

Career guidance is a mandatory element of the labor market, ensuring the optimal distribution and use of labor in accordance with the capabilities of the employee and the needs of certain professions. The importance of professional orientation grows especially in high school, when a person is faced with one of the most important life choices, namely: the choice of profession. Much depends on it: the decisions made will nevertheless have an impact on all subsequent human life.
