Abstract
Prospects for career development of teaching staff in the field of corporate education are analyzed. These include vertical, horizontal and zigzag career paths. The vertical career option involves a gradual transition from a master mentor to a training center manager. Horizontal involves expanding competencies and improving professional skills within their position. A zigzag career involves moving to other areas and areas of activity.
