Abstract

The article considers the problem of stigmatized minorities and proposes the technology of increasing the psychological readiness of specialists and volunteers of public organizations to interact with representatives of such minorities. The stages of technology implementation are presented: definition of the range of problems of stigmatized persons, strengthening of empathy to the representatives of these minorities in way to experiencing empathogenic situations, development of a model of interaction with them.
