Abstract

The condition for the development of distance education is the use of the latest information and communication technologies: the Internet, web conferencing, webinars, multimedia, etc. Distance learning has the following characteristics: individual learning trajectory, accessibility, mobility, manufacturability, social equality, creativity, etc.
