Abstract

The peculiarity of the management of the system of vocational education and training in Germany is to take into account the needs of production and business in qualified professionals, as well as appropriate financial support from the state and employers, their training, retraining and advanced training. Thus, vocational education institutions, enterprises, trade unions and the social partners see the development of vocational education in Germany as an investment in its future economic growth.
