Abstract

The article reveals the features of building a personality-oriented technology for pre-vocational training of high school students. Approaches to personal education developed in the psychological and pedagogical literature are analyzed. The three-component structural model of the student's personality, the model of the graduate of Aerospace lyceum is offered.
