Abstract

Preparing teachers for the implementation of competence-based learning is an important component in the educational process. The article considers the basic element in the assessment of the teacher's work, which is not taken into account in either the key or professional competences of the teacher - his psychological health. The author analyzes the problem and suggests measures to solve it.
