Abstract

The scientific-methodical manual reveals and theoretically substantiates the theoretical foundations of the competence approach to the development of professional skills of teachers of vocational (vocational) education, the model of development of his scientific and methodological competence and its evaluation, the main approaches to creating a modern environment for professional development of teachers. (vocational and technical) education, methods of implementing the technology of scientific and methodological support in the process of improving the professional competence of teachers of vocational (vocational and technical) education. The materials of the publication will be useful for scientific and scientific-pedagogical workers of the system of postgraduate pedagogical education, methodologists of regional educational and methodical centers of vocational education, pedagogical workers of vocational (vocational) education institutions and all interested in improving the quality of continuing professional education of teachers.
