Abstract

Introduction. Society and the state form a demand for quality professional education, and, accordingly, a high level of professionalism of teachers, the development of leadership competence is of key importance. The development of leadership qualities of specialists at different stages of their educational and professional trajectory is considered important. It should be borne in mind that the ability to make competent decisions, skills of self-organization and leadership skills are relevant not only for managers but also teachers and other categories of teachers of vocational education. The leadership skills of pedagogical workers become especially relevant as a necessary condition for achieving the quality of educational organizations in the changing conditions of today, the balance between flexibility and stability, creativity and effectiveness. Purpose. Determination of the essence and content of the modern model of development of leadership competence of pedagogical workers of professional education in the system of advanced training. Methods. Theoretical methods of analysis and generalization of scientific literature, systematization and generalization of the received information. Results. The article indicates the relevance of the development of leadership competence of teachers of vocational (vocational) education in the context of modernization of the educational environment. The essence of the teacher's leadership competence and the levels of its formation are revealed. The content of the modern model of development of leadership competence of pedagogical workers of professional education in the system of advanced training is determined. Examples of practical implementation of competence development and their certain components are given. Originality. Is to determine the content of the model of development of leadership competence of teachers in vocational education in the context of advanced training. A feature of the model is a dynamic combination of components in accordance with the levels of development of leadership qualities. Conclusion. In the current conditions of socio-cultural and economic-political transformations, leadership potential becomes one of the important conditions, and leadership - a tool for reforming the field of vocational education and modernization of the domestic educational space. In this context, leadership qualities are one of the basic factors of self-organization and professional realization of teachers. Their manifestation and improvement is realized through the development of leadership competence. Based on the study of the experience of professional development of teachers of vocational education in BINPO, research of foreign and domestic researchers, the content of the modern model of leadership development of teachers of vocational education in the system of professional development was determined. The essence of such a model is a dynamic combination of variable components - educational modules aimed at developing the cognitive, operational and personal components of leadership competence. The ratio of which is determined in accordance with the level of leadership of the pedagogical worker and the prospects of development by stages of professional development in the intertest period. Monitoring the quality of professional development allows to modernize the model in accordance with customer requests and time requirements.
