Abstract
Автор акцентує увагу на тому, що для корпоративного андрагога важливо навчитися створювати тренінгові програми для різних категорій замовників, з урахуванням проблематики клієнтів, специфіки роботи професійних, вікових, гендерних особливостей, складу групи, особливостей окремих її учасників, стадії групового процесу та ін.
