Abstract

The textbook reveals the problem of creative approach in the work of teachers professional (professional - technical) education institutions о in modern socio-economic conditions. Creativity is seen as an intellectual activity of the individual, as a set of mental activity. The psychological structure of the mechanism of creativity and the stage of the creative process are highlighted. Sufficient attention is paid to the issues of gifted adolescents and methods of working with gifted youth. The practical part is represented by methods, training, exercises to determine creativity and development of creative abilities of students. The methodical manual is intended for pedagogical workers of system professional (professional - technical) education institutions who do not have special psychological and pedagogical education, practical psychologists, parents.
