Abstract

Since the beginning of the XXI century. the educational significance of foreign language education has significantly increased and her professional function in the labor market, which led to increased motivation learning foreign languages ​​in most countries. Significantly changed socio-cultural context of foreign language teaching in all countries of the European continent. One of the tasks of the Council of Europe, international there is an organization that takes care of European issues of education and culture assisting European countries in agreeing on purpose and content foreign language teaching, creation of European educational standards in this field of pedagogical science.
