Abstract

The submitted educational-professional program is a normative document for the organization of the educational process for the specified category of students at the University, which establishes: profiles of general and special competencies of specialists of the education system; requirements for the content of advanced training of this category of students on a competency basis; requirements for the selective component of advanced training; normative terms of full-time and part-time study; requirements for the availability of a system of internal quality assurance in advanced training in postgraduate pedagogical education, etc. The content of the educational-professional program is focused on the implementation of the principles and models of open education, integrating the main methodological approaches to adult education. This educational and professional program of professional development of the category of students: "Heads of institutions of professional higher education (colleges, technical schools)" will provide an opportunity to strengthen the scientific and educational support of the process of professional development.
