Abstract

Professional development of a teacher in order to improve the quality of educational activities is a topic that remains invariably relevant in scientific circles. The guidelines of professional and pedagogical development are closely related to global and domestic trends in education, its innovation, including the emergence of new approaches to assessing the quality of education and opportunities to use the results of this assessment. School systems around the world recognize that the quality of teaching is the most important factor in school that affects student achievement, although not the only one.
