Abstract

The development of the voucher system in the USA is briefly considered. The largest US school voucher program "Indiana's Indiana Choice Scholarships program" was analyzed. The educational voucher is substantiated as a novelty trend in US school education and a strategic guideline for reforming the education system in Ukraine.
